Hall Hire Agreement

Hire of the hall is $400 which includes cleaning for Clubrooms and Toilets.

A $750 bond is also required which will be returned to you on the following week by the club Treasurer after your function into your nominated bank account, should there be no damage.

All Licenced venues require security by law, 2 guards for up to 100 people and an extra security guard for every 50 persons on top of that. This is depending on age of function and invited amount also. You can organise your own security although they must be registered security guards, or the club can arrange security for you with plenty of notice. Generally guards will be required from commencement i.e. 8:30pm with security being required until 30 minutes after the bar closes that being 1:30am. Each Guard costs $30 per hour and for the times highlighted above will cost you approximately $300. Money is to be paid to them by you on the night.

If you would like to use the kitchen facility, oven, stove, deep fat fryer, microwave etc. The cleaning of this area is the responsibility of the hirer and a $100 cleaning fee will be taken out of bond if not satisfactory. Cleaning must be completed by 10am the following morning.

No Alcohol can be brought into the club as we are licenced, therefore all alcohol must be purchased over the bar. Club personnel will run the bar for you on the night, this is undertaken free of charge.

If you would like to confirm your booking please transfer $400 into the club bank account ASAP as this will securer your booking and prevent any other person being able to hire the club on this date and avoid disappointment. The remainder of your booking will be required to be paid no later than 1 week prior to your chosen date, that being the bond for $750.

Once you have paid your holding deposit, would you please send all attached addressees a confirmation email, so I can verify receipt of your deposit and confirm your booking.

You can gain access for set up of the hall on the previous day (time to be discussed), providing the club isn’t booked on that day by contacting the club function manager Sophie Buchanan or President Trevor Johnston on the numbers below. You can set up the hall as you desire (with some limitations) although, these decorations must be removed by 10am the following day.
